 5 WAYS TO EXPRESS YOUR ANGER IN A HEALTHY WAY


   Anger is not a bad feeling. It’s perfectly valid to feel angry or frustrated. Because it’s our body way of communicating that something isn’t sitting right with us!
   so here’s 5 way to express your anger in a healthy way:

1. Take a Deep Breath
This allow your body INSTANTLY calm it self.

2. Recite a Comforting Mantra
Like example. “Take it easy...”  “Everything’s gonna be alright and okay.”

3. Mindfully Move Your Body
Try taking a walk for some minutes or go to your favorite places like mall, park, or your friends house.

4. Change Your Surroundings
Give yourself a breal by taking some personal time. Like taking some me time or watch movies!

5. Ask For Help
It’s totally okay asking some suggestions or help to our closest person like bestfriends or our parents and siblings.
